The Products We Use

At High Definition Roofing, we believe in and stand by the superior performance of Malarkey Roofing Products, GAF Roofing Products, as well as Euroshield Roofing Products. These manufacturers stand behind their warranties, and have proven over the last decade of High Definition Roofing to be there for our clients. These are our preferred Manufacturers from 10 years of seeing first hand these manufacturers stepping up to help our clients, even in some cases where they did not have to.

We are manufacturer certified installers which enables us to offer many types of extended warranties, some on materials and labour, and some exclusive extended warranties coming soon.

That being said, if you have a preference for another shingle manufacturer, we will use other materials and would be happy to speak with you about some of our other products and their associated warranties. We'll also give you a detailed explanation for why we prefer our chosen Roofing Manufacturers over competing manufacturers.

We Are Fully Insured

All of our estimates include our liability insurance number and our WCB number.

The Workers Compensation Board of British Columbia encourages property owners to contact their local office and obtain a Letter of Clearance.

We carry 5 Million Liability Insurance for hot & cold roofing applications.  This is escpecially important with the rising costs of hot insurance most contractors are dropping their coverage to 2 million or less, and some not getting the coverage at all

Do Your Homework

Take time to shop around and get three or four estimates based on the same specifications and materials. To avoid fly-by-night fixers, check out references that are at least one year-old and verify that businesses are licensed or registered to do work in your area.

Always Get It In Writing

Make sure you get a written contract from the company you plan on hiring. Be sure their name, address, license number and phone number are included. Even if you have discussed the type of roofing, what the job entails, how long it will take and other aspects of the job, make sure you read and understand the contract before signing it. You and the contractor should both keep a copy.
