Roof Inspections

If you are like most homeowners, the only time you think about your roof is when there is a major storm, or if there is a leak of some kind. Roofs can get damaged due to repeated wind gusts, snow, rain and flying debris. At High Definition Roofing we are ready to catch problems early, so it doesn't become a bigger problem earlier.

Some areas of your home are more visible, and thus tend to be inspected and maintained on a regular basis, the roof is often overlooked until it is leaking, by which time extensive and costly damage may have already occurred. If upon inspection you notice a water spot or a leak, don't panic. This doesn't necessarily mean you need to have your whole roof replaced. Sometimes it is just a minor repair around the chimney or pipe flange.

It is best to call a professional roofer and get a free estimate. At High Definition Roofing Victoria we are happy to come out and take a look at the problem and give you an Honest opinion on what needs to be done to protect your home. It is better to have a minor problem repaired immediately then to let it grow into a major problem.

The only thing holding the shingles to the roof was the tar strip that seals one shingle to the other.
